• Planting Project Needs Volunteers
Pitkin County Open Space and Trails is hosting a VOLUNTEER PLANTING DAY on Thompson Creek Open Space, 4 miles south of Carbondale. The riparian and wetland planting project is part of the required mitigation from the Crystal Valley Trail project. Please join them for refreshments and a fun morning spent on the beautiful Thompson Creek Open Space.
What: A fun morning of working together to plant riparian and wetland vegetation.
Where: Thompson Creek Open Space, 4 miles south of Carbondale
When: Saturday, July 23rd at 9am

The Thompson Divide Coalition is also looking for a volunteer parade coordinator, volunteer sign design and production coordinator for parade and public meetings, and participants for parades and public events to gather signatures of support.
